Dear LMSC,

	As this action is subject to approval by the LMSC, I'd like to request a fee waiver for Andrew Myles to attend the JTC1 SC meeting on November 12th. I have requested he present his thoughts on how we may work through the IPR impasse that is impacting the approval in JTC 1/SC 6 of IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.19 standards under the PSDO agreement.
