--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Task Group M Technical Reflector ---
Hello Edward, For your comments on CIDs 1168, 1172, 1173, 1121, 1178, 1186, 1220, 1568, 1230, and 1269, I've updated my resolution and you would refer to 18/0619r5 (https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/18/11-18-0619-05-000m-revmd-editor2-lb232-comments.xlsx)
for the changes. For CID 1121, why are the three instances being changed to "with dot11[blah] equal to [true/false]" but the others being changed to "with dot11[blah] [true/false]"? And are you fixing "whose dot11MCCAActivated values also are true)" (to "with dot11MCCAActivated also true)") in 9.6.16.6, and all the "whose dot11[blah] is true" to "with dot11[blah] true"? "whose dot11" gives me 22 hits. For CID 1568, are you sure "AP/PCP" is "AP and PCP" not "AP or PCP"? For your comment on CID 1118, I believe we do not need to delete "successful ___" in all of the 35 findings. For example, there is a definition of "successful transmission" in clause
3.2 that I do not believe we have to consider the change. How about I assign this CID to you for further review/proposed change? Probably best to leave for now and I can bring in D2.0. Hi Mark, Thanks for your review. For your comments on CIDs 1168, 1172, 1173, 1121, 1178, 1186, 1220, 1568, 1230, and 1269, I've updated my resolution and you would refer to 18/0619r5 (https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/18/11-18-0619-05-000m-revmd-editor2-lb232-comments.xlsx)
for the changes. For your comments on CIDs 1231 and 1232, I've added a comment to Editor/Editor2 to make sure that there is a non-broken space between 1316 and B. You would refer to 18/0619r5 for the
comment too. For your comment on CID 1118, I believe we do not need to delete "successful ___" in all of the 35 findings. For example, there is a definition of "successful transmission" in clause
3.2 that I do not believe we have to consider the change. How about I assign this CID to you for further review/proposed change? Regards, On Tue, May 1, 2018 at 6:16 AM, Mark Rison <m.rison@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
