[STDS-802-16] AOE Clock Checker
I have added an AOE Clock Checker to the 802.16 web site:

As you probably know, most IEEE 802.16 Working Group ballot deadlines
are established as the end of day "AOE", for "Anywhere on Earth."
This means that the deadline is not passed until the day is over
everywhere on the globe.
One of the latest clocks on the globe is in Pago Pago. Therefore, you
can check the AOE deadline by checking the time in Pago Pago. The
page provides the link.
As I sent this note, there is a bit less than 12 hours until the
802.16-REVd revised comment deadline.
