[STDS-802-16] UPDATE: P802.16e/D7 Sponsor Ballot Results and Call for Reply Comments



We now have 413 comments.

Comments 4385-4328 were all submitted on time. However, I overlooked 
them in compiling the first database. Fortunately, they sort 
correctly since none of them includes a page number. My apologies.

Comments 4389-4413 are late submissions.

Also, some of the comments designated as "L" ("late") in the previous 
database were actually on time. In the r1 version, I've deleted the 
"L" from those.
