I have been discussing with individuals offline to try to clear up additional comments.  Based on the email exchanges, which have been recorded in the Group's notes, I have updated the lists:

Again, I strongly ask everyone to review the proposed resolutions for these comments closely, and if you have issues, to raise them by the TG Maintenance meeting Monday afternoon, Taipei time.

The proposed resolutions for the following comments were incomplete or unclear and need some additional work,  but the issues they address appear to have some level of consensus:

Nevertheless, I strongly encourage the interested individuals to continue their discourse on these issues in order to minimize the time required on Monday afternoon for resolution.
