Wookbong, I am afraid you will have to blame me, not
poor Shkumbin. As I indicated in my prior email reporting
on the reclassification of some of the comments, we were unable to resolve
these comments definitively as ‘SDD Cleanup – PHY’, so they
were changed from ‘PHY: MIMO’ to ‘out-of-scope’. I have just talked with Ron Porat and he
has assured me that the comments can be correctly reclassified as ‘SDD
Cleanup – PHY’. Roger is making the tag reclassification changes to
the following comments right now: 397, 403,
406, 411, 412, 413, 415, 416, 417, 418, 420, 421, 422, 423, 426, 427, 428, 429,
430, 431, 433, 434, 435, 436, 440, 441, 444, 451, 452, 453, 454, 455, 456, 460,
461, 463, 464, 608L I apologize for the confusion on this
matter. Regarding your note on the Editorial
comments: 3, 115,
419, 446, 457, 459 These comments will be removed from the
set for block approval via motion and resolved individually. Thanks, From: Wookbong Lee
[mailto:wbong@LGE.COM] Dear Shkumbin, Thanks for your effort, I think it was
very hard work for you to put all the tag. I would like to clarify some of comment
related to MIMO section which you marked as out of scope but I think that is in
scope since this is for newly accepted text output from the Rapporteur Groups
in Session #56, primarily in Section 4, 6, 8, 10 and 11. Comment # 397, 403, 406, 411, 412, 413,
415, 416, 417, 418, 420, 421, 422, 423, 426, 427, 428, 429, 430, 431, 433, 434,
435, 436, 440, 441, 444, 451, 452, 453, 454, 455, 456, 460, 461, 463, 464 : These comments can be classified
into “SDD cleanup PHY” (deleting or modifying some text in the
SDD.) And the following comments are I think
technical comment (currently marked as editorial.) Comment # : 3, 115, 419, 446, 457, 459 BR, Wookbong Lee From: Shkumbin Hamiti
[mailto:shkumbin.hamiti@NOKIA.COM] Dear
colleagues, I have
just uploaded the Rev 1 of the SDD commentary DB, the IEEE 802.16m-08/034r1.
You can find it here: http://dot16.org/ul//upload/TGm_db/802.16m%2d08_034r1.zip This
revision contains one file that I had missed in the first upload and few other
files that were uploaded late. There
are 160 editorial comments, and as usual there will be a motion to approve all
of them in a batch. Since we would like to have this motion proposed quite
early in the session I kindly ask to check the comment numbers below and let me
know if you disagree on any of those. Here
is the rough text that will be proposed as a motion: To accept
the following list of comments in the IEEE 802.16m-08/034r1: and
authorize the editor to implement those changes in the next issue of the SDD
Kind
