[STDS-802-16] Revised 802.21c PAR on Multi-Radio Power Management

As noted below, the 802.21 WG has responded to comments on its  
proposed 802.21c PAR on Multi-Radio Power Management.

Some of those comments came from the 802.16 Working Group yesterday.  
They are contained in the following document:
