Thank you for your prompt reply.

I saw a lot of discussions on FEC in the task force, so I thought
that many people in the task force think the cost reduction
caused by optical spec. relaxation is larger than
the silicon-cost for FEC (when we can accept the throughput
penalty).

I don't know it is true or not.  So I'd like to confirm if you have
any comments/data on it.
Anyway, I think the discussion about the aggressive sensitivity
PIN/APD will make it clear.
