The $120 registration fee for Session #15
<http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg15> is payable on-site at the
hotel's front desk. In order to speed the process, I have posted the
registration fee form, which you can download and complete
electronically:

Pre-registration is still a separate process. Please pre-register
<http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg15/regform.html> so I can make
plans.
Note that the TG3&4 MAC discussions are planned for 10 am on Monday,
even though the Working Group Opening Plenary doesn't begin until 1
pm (running until 2:30). The tentative agenda shows that the group's
topic for Monday morning is "mesh mode".

The room rate is $112 per room (single or multiple occupancy), plus
tax. The reserved room block is guaranteed only through the deadline
of Monday August 13.
You have three choices to reserve your room:

You may now pre-register for 802.16 Session #15 on-line using the
link above. There is no discount for advance registration, but, then
again, you need not pay the fee until you arrive. The meeting plans
require accurate numbers, so please take a moment to pre-register.
The form also lets you simply report that you won't be able to attend
this time, so, if we would normally expect you and you can't make it,
please take a moment to let us know. Also, immediately use the form
to cancel if your plans change! Please download the registration fee
form <http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg15.feeform.pdf> and fill it
out for presentation to the hotel's front desk.
